Yoshihiro Yagi graduated from the Kyoto University of Art and Design. He joined Dentsu in 2001 and started his career as an art director. As an accomplished art-based creative, Yoshihiro has worked with major clients such as East Japan Railway, Rohto Pharmaceutical, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Estate, and Menicon. His current work travels beyond the line of media, from book designs to ambient advertising.
For the past few years, Yoshihiro has been the most internationally-awarded creative in Japan, and perhaps in Asia. His recent accolades include: six gold, one silver, and eight bronze lions at Cannes; three gold, three silver, and five bronze awards at Spikes; two gold, one silver, two bronze awards at Adfest, to name a few. As a Yellow Pencil winner, he judged the D&AD awards, as well as Cannes, Spikes Asia, and Adfest.
